    I have entered the correct industry code (6 digits) for my business and it is still stating it is incorrect and enabling me to file my taxes.

    What code are you using? What type is your business?

    454390 and the business is a Bodi partner (beachbody coach).

    I have entered the correct industry code (6 digits) for my business and it is still stating it is incorrect and enabling me to file my taxes.

    Codes 454300 & 454390 will no longer work for tax year 2022 and beyond. Direct Sellers must now choose codes based on what they are selling.

     

    Some examples are:

    Epicure: 445298 - All other specialty food retailers https://bit.ly/3miWiW0 

    Isagenix: 456191 - Food (health) supplement retailers https://bit.ly/3SQSbNa

    Scentsy: 459999 - All other miscellaneous retailers. https://bit.ly/3YvS37b
