I have the 8 returns deluxe online edition. My son used it for his return. The code will not let me in to do my return. Why not?
Does your son have his own account? If so, then the code is now attached to his account, as the codes can only be used in one account. You would need to prepare your return in his account if you want to use one of the 8 returns.
