Invalid s.i.n ?

Please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type your SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789

I tried that and no success.  im using the 2023 turbotax standard. the sin number is valid in cra.

Need to correct.
