    I'm a veteran that has until May 5 tonsils for dependents...i need an identification pin in order to file.

    I have tried multiple times to create an account online....it can't verify phone number...

     

    I can't send in paper return... no one Irs

     

    Anyone has a solution...my child can't wait until next year....i need money now
