Is Turbotax Premier required to file a simple Section 217 non-resident return?

I file a simple Section 217 non-resident return each year to report Canadian pension income, using Turbotax Standard or Deluxe edition.  This year Turbotax is stating" "To accurately complete your taxes, you need to upgrade" to Premier. I do not see any Section 217 on any list of features for either product.

For 2021, TurboTax Standard Online is now called “Deluxe”.  TurboTax Deluxe Online 2021 can do non-resident returns but doesn’t have the ability to handle returns with foreign income or the T1135 Foreign - Income Verification Statement. You would need to use Premier or Self-Employed for those types of returns.

TurboTax Standard CD/Download (for Windows) is the same as last year. It still includes the ability to handle returns with foreign income and the T1135 Foreign - Income Verification Statement.
