When I choose my .tt23 file and enter my SIN I get a "Something went wrong. Please try again." message. I have cleared the cache and tried a different laptop.
The product I am currently using turbo tax online deluxe.

During tax season (from CRA NETFILE opening (mid-February) to the regular filing deadline (April 30), we're available 7 days a week during these hours:
During the rest of the year (May 1 to mid-February), we're available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET for English and French support.
Just finished the phone call with support. This appears to be an issue with 2024 online where it creates an error when importing .tt23 files. Tech support is currently working on this issue and hoping to have it resolved by end of February 2025.
