It is telling me to enter a valid SIN number that isn't my spouse's, and I am sure it is mine and is entered correctly. What should I do?

Please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type the SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789
