NetFile Rejected

This is my first time filing my Tax return, and I am unable to send my report. I also tried to register for a MyCRA account, but it always says its error, when I try to register.

*It seems that I am of non-residence for Ontario

*I'm not a Canadian Citizen nor, a permanent resident. 

*This is my first time Filing Tax return.

What alternative do I have to send my report since by mail would take too long I suppose?
