Netfile will not accept my file they keep asking if i have a bulk payment over several years and i hit no and still the same result?

There may be another reason as to why your file isn't being accepted. 

The lump sum payment question appears each time you try to NETFILE your return but that might not be the issue. On the NETFILE screen where you're seeing the message that your return isn't accepted, look to see if there is a specific error code or other information given.
