today, March 245, 2025 I am unable to print and netfile my return. Is there still issues. The return in all done and there is nothing wrong as I reviewed it twice
Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting? Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?
So the problem has been resolved but it took sometime to do so. When you go to netfile and it comes back that
CRA cannot accept the netfile you get a hi-lited error message that says " CRA cannot accept netfile as there are some errrors. please fix errors and continue". You have absolutely no idea whatsoever of the error/errors made. So you end up checking your return again to see that there are no errors. You try to netfile again and get the same message. Now what. You know that all your data is correct....so check the netfile number - you are missing one digit. That was the whole issue in not being able to netfile but the message does not tell you that. A significant waste of time trying to see what the errors were.Would it not be simpler to just have the message "NETFILE CODE IS INCORRECT".
@Crocus We advise attempting to FILE after removing the "Netfile Access Code". The field is optional.
