Never received my t4

I never received my t4 from one of my employers and I’m unable to ask them for it. 

I know my net income but I don’t know my deductions how do I fill out the t4 portion if I don’t know all the information?

Your employer is required to send both you and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) a copy of your T4. If you have a CRA MyAccount, you can check there to see if the CRA has it. 

If you can't get the slip from the CRA, you can estimate your income. Add up your pay stubs to estimate the amount of income and any related deductions.
