Quebec Netfile reflected because 'Your Québec return cannot be electronically filed because you have indicated being in one of the situations...etc'. How to correct ?

Please try clearing any unneeded forms and then closing unused forms. You can find those options under Edit>Forms in the top menu in Forms mode.
