2019 taxes

I finished 3 different taxes through Turbo Tax and it went away. I now can't access Turbo Tax for 2019 to be able to print off these taxes. 2 of them are still pending. I went to exile and then the system went away. Would you please help me to access this information so that I can print them and finish the others? When I click on Turbo Tax 2019 it tries to see if there are any updates then it disappears from the screen. Cannot open the tax forms. Please help!!!

If you are using the desktop version of Turbo Tax, be sure to click on "Check for Updates" and update your software if needed. If that doesn't work you can manually update your software.

You can also try removing and reinstalling your software to resolve the issue .

I still can't open my 2019 turbo tax. It's not opening. It tried to check for updates then it goes away.

If I could access the turbo tax, I could at least print off the taxes I completed and then could mail them. I need help to access what I have completed. SRoddey taxes; WFreihoff taxes and Keith Lominac taxes for 2019. Please help me to open them to print them off. You charged William Freihoff for downloading his Kansas and also for filing. If nothing else reimburse the money that him and Keith Lominac paid to efile. Thanks
