In the past I was able to use the activation code for 2 different Turbotax accounts for up to 8 returns, but this year it is not allowing me to do that. Is this something that has changed and you cannot share your purchased turbotax with your family because it is not allowing me to use the activation code that my sister already used for one filing.
Only one account can be linked to TurboTax online; it cannot be used with another account. The desktop version of TurboTax can be downloaded to a maximum of three devices.
This is the desktop version that was purchased, but every time I try to add the code to the one I downloaded to my computer it gives me a message that is was already used.
