can we claim both HATC and METC for the same accessibility expense?

We installed an accessibility ramp (exterior) in 2019. We've seen online "tax tips" saying that it may be possible to claim both HATC and METC for the same expense. Is this true? We're both seniors with severe arthritis, but no disability certificates. We live in Ontario, where the home reno credits were discontinued, so a double claim would go federally. Should we just claim the HATC, or can we do both?
