If you used TurboTax software to complete your tax return, you need to continue until you get to the File section of your return. Once there, it will ask if you would like to print and mail or NetFile your return; you will continue until it is filed and you receive a CRA NetFile confirmation number. When on your return:
Select Live Tax Advice to connect with a TurboTax specialist.
Select Help to connect with the TurboTax Virtual Assistant.
