Filing from outside Canada - how to schedule call/help from expert

I have paid for Full Service Basic and am trying to file taxes from outside Canada. I have uploaded all my documents and have been asked to schedule a call with an expert. However there is no option to enter a non-Canadian phone number. Now I can neither schedule a call nor proceed with filing on my own. Is there any other way the expert can reach out to me? Please help!

A Canadian phone number is required for a tax expert to contact you. They won't be able to call any international number.
