    I have applied for my tax for the first time and opted for the e-filing. How long will the CRA take to e-mail me for the approval so I can register with CRA ?

    I have applied for my tax for the first time and opted for the e-filing. How long will the CRA take to e-mail me for the approval so I can register with CRA ?

    If you filed your return via NETFILE, then the CRA will send you your notice of assessment within 2 weeks of receiving your return, though it might take longer for you to receive it since it will come in the mail.
