I was living in Quebec in 2019 but moved out. Why did I not get the Qubec tax return with turbotaxonline but only federal tax return?

If you were living in Quebec on December 31st of the taxation year, you have to file a Quebec return and TurboTax will create it for you, if you answered that question correctly at the beginning of the interview.
