    No "Expert Help" vvisible

    I just paid to upgrade my Self Employment to the Full service prior to filing, but now all the "help" icons have disappeared.

    No "Expert Help" vvisible

    Once you pay for the full service upgrade, you should see a home tab—this is where you will schedule a welcome call.
