Not able to file

I have finished filling all the sections, but by the end I'm not able to file. Netfile is not going through. It does not allow me to file nor allow me to download a copy for my record. I have got the following error while trying to save a copy of my return (my product is fully updated as of today):

"At the time of manufacturing this product, the government had not finalized all of its forms,

You will require a final version of your form(s) prior to submitting your return(s).
You can obtain the final versions as they become available by selecting Check for Updates from the Help menu, any time after beginning of Jan, 2025."

Not able to file

This means one or some of the forms in your return are locked. At this moment, some forms are not finalized and are still under review. CRA, are working diligently to update their systems and forms. We invite you to consult this article.

We apologize for this inconvenient and suggest you to try filing your return later.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

Not able to file

Not only can't I file my income tax to the federal and provincial governments (resident of Quebec) but the software informs me that it saved a copie of both yet I can't find it anywhere on my computer. Let me know where it is stored.

Not able to file

I'm having the same problem. I bought this software mainly because it allowed me to Netfile my taxes as soon as CRA opened the portal. Now it turns out we have to wait until the software is updated. I'm waiting for forms that I don't even need to file (I'm not claiming capital gains or losses).  The website advertises that it's ready to go - Intuit is losing points with me this year.

Not able to file

@royetmi Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?

@JBPicks As per the CRA:

The CRA is working diligently to update its systems to reflect the currently enacted capital gains inclusion rate of one-half. However, this update may not be completed when online filing becomes available on February 24, 2025. If you are impacted by this situation, you may avoid processing delays by waiting until the updates are completed in the coming weeks before filing your income tax and benefit return. The CRA will grant relief in respect of late-filing penalties and interest until June 2, 2025, for Individual filers...
