Software not updated yet!

Intuit!   WHEN will the software actually work.  I am still unable to file any of our tax returns because there is an error message that the forms have not been finalized.  This is unacceptable at this date!   The message says that the capital gains forms SHOULD be available by the end of March ( ! ) and another one, for a simple tax return with only employment income says they will be finalized in early March (We are the 12th today).   Your publicity talks about quick filing and refunds which is simply NOT TRUE.  The most basic filing is impossible at the moment.  

Paper filing and mailing the returns would have been faster!

Please advise TODAY as to when the basic federal forms will be available and when the capital gains ones will be updated.  

I paid for this package over a month ago and have zero functionality so far.  Will definitely be choosing another option next year.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop and have a return that has no capital gains/losses, please try clearing the unneeded forms and then closing unused forms. You can find those options under Edit>Forms in the top menu.

We're working hard to finalize these forms to align ourselves with CRA requirements ASAP. We appreciate your patience.
