I keep trying to put in my wifes birthday as 01/21/1973 and it keeps saying its wrong

Hello,

The date format is dd/mm/yyyy.

If your wife's birthday is January 21, 1973, you will need to enter it as: 21/01/1973

Where did you enter your spouse birthday? I cant file because it says I did not enter it but when I try fix it, it takes me back to the correct page but no line visible for that entry.
