States error that number of retirement months is not filed in and it is I entered it several times still unable to file

Please double check your T4A(P) slip and what boxes you have filled in.

Box 21 is for Number of months - disability.

Box 23 is for Number of months - retirement.

If you have something in Box 14 - Retirement benefit, then you need a number of months in Box 23.

If you have something in Box 16 - Disability benefit, then you need a number of months in Box 21.

If you were receiving BOTH disability & retirement benefits, then you should have 12 months in both box 21 & 23.

But if it's not letting you file that way, try entering your disability payments as one T4A(P), then your retirement  payments as another T4A(P).
