Tax residency

Hi,

My common law partner has been living in Greece ( tax treaty with Canada)for the whole year of 2024 and established a business there and is also a dual citizen of both countries.  He is considered a resident of Greece for tax purposes but also has residential ties with Canada( partner, daughter and house)

Is he considered a resident of Canada for tax purposes? If yes how do we report the foreign income ? Is it correct to report the whole foreign income on line 25600 or fill form T2259? Any advice is greatly appreciated.  Thanks

This Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) page can help you determine if your partner is a resident for tax purposes: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/international-non-residents/information-been-mo...
