Taxes in Quebec for a newcomer who worked as a remote employee in another country

Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask for some advice regarding my wife's situation. She came to Canada/Montreal in September, and before that time, she had earned 32000 CAD. After the arrival, she earned 18000 CAD as a remote employee in Ukraine (19.5% of that money were payed as taxes in Ukraine).

My understanding is that the only thing she needs to pay is 237 CAD to Quebec for the four months of "Premium payable under the Québec prescription drug insurance plan." Does this seem correct to you?

Thank you for your help in advance.
