The software won't let me enter my spouses T4

I cannot enter my spouses T4 information. It will only allow me to add my T4 and an additional T4 under my name causing incorrect refund calculations. I've also tried loading my tax forms directly from my CRA account, but despite having verified that my CRA account does indeed have my tax forms available, the software states there are none available. How can I manually enter in my spouses T4 information?

If you are preparing your returns together and are using TurboTax Online 2024, you can switch between spouses by clicking on the names at the top of the page.
