Total adjusted cost base - rental property

I am selling a rental property I have owned for years.  When calculating my total adjusted cost base, do I include the GST I originally paid on top of the purchase price?

Total adjusted cost base - rental property

As long as you did not receive a rebate for the GST, you will include it in your adjusted cost base; ACB is the cost of a property plus any expenses to acquire it, such as commissions and legal fees.

Here is more from the CRA on the sale of rental properties.
