There is an error in Turbo Tax Standard 2021.
My first name has several words in it (Thi Van Tranh). I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have never had any problem with my name, except this year. In the reviewing step, Turbo Tax keeps saying there is an error with my name: "your or your dependant first name or last name contain numbers (0-9) or non-alphabetic characters". I had to select "ignore" the error, since my name is correct. But because of this error, Turbo Tax prevents me from filing my return electronically to Revenu Quebec. I want to signal this error to Turbo Tax but cannot find any numbers to call!!! Could you please have an update to correct this error? All people in my family have the same error message from Turbo Tax, and can not file to Revenu Quebec because of this stupid error form Turbo Tax. I am very disappointed with Turbo Tax this year, and the lack of a phone number to call to signal an error.
