Turbotax will not allow me to use a second purchase of Turbotax as I needed to complete 10 returns
CRA allows a maximum of 20 returns to be completed. Can you please let us know if you are using TurboTax Online or the Desktop version so that we can assist you?

Sign into your online account, then click on start a new return. If this doesn't work please contact our phone support team who can view your screen to assist.
