unable to submit my Quebec return via NetFile

I am unable to submit my Quebec return via NetFile—only the option to mail it is available. I have never had this 

Second, I am unable to print my return to mail it. When I click "Print and Mail Your Return," I receive a message stating that there are blank forms open that I don't need for my return and that the program needs to close them. When I click "Accept," I get another message saying:

"At the time of manufacturing this product, the government had not finalized all of its forms. You will require a final version of your forms prior to submitting your return."

There are no updates available, and I have been dealing with this issue for days.

I am unable to print my returns or submit my provincial return via NetFile. Please help me find an urgent solution.

Do you use any locked forms? TP726.7 is currently locked; do you use this form?

If not, delete any unopened or used forms; go to the form you want to delete.

  1. Select Edit > Forms > Clear Forms from the top menu
  2. Select Edit > Forms > Close Unused Forms from the top menu

Also, make sure that the TurboTax software is up to date.

They have access to tools we don't have here in the community, like screenshare, and see the issues to escalate into an investigation if needed.
