As a resident of Quebec, you need to file 2 returns, your federal return and your Quebec return.

Your federal return (T1) is mailed to the CRA: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/cntct/t1ddr-eng.html

Your Quebec return (TP1) is mailed to Revenu Quebec: http://www.revenuquebec.ca/en/citoyen/declaration/transmettre/poste.aspx
