Why can I not choose the 'way to file' that I want?

I am on the page that says "Start filing your return with expert help. Recommended based on your tax info" and the lists only the 'Expert Assist' for $110. I click 'See other ways to file' and select a different (cheaper) option and then am returned directly back to this page that recommending the 'Expert Assist' option, with no way to get past it. What am I doing wrong, or is TurboTax refusing to allow me to choose from their other options?
