You can only ReFile once you have received your notice of assessment. If you did wait until you received it and you think there is an issue - you will need to verify the line numbers- compare the line numbers to your NOA to see where the differences are.

CRA told me to contact Turbotax. They indicated that there are issues with the refile. I'm also waiting to hear back about my case that Turbotax opened last week. It has been more than 5 business days since the case was opened.
