Why does our return still say In Process when we filed weeks ago???

If you received a NETFILE confirmation number, your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency.  If you did not receive a confirmation number and your income tax return shows in progress in TurboTax, please use the following FAQ to contact our customer support.
