You may want to double check what payment has gone through. If the payment was for TurboTax, then that is payment for using the TurboTax software.
TurboTax doesn’t take payments on behalf of the CRA. If you choose to pay your taxes owing during the filing process, you are connected to the CRA’s payment service. If you went through that process and the payment for your taxes owing didn’t go through, then you can contact the CRA at 1-800-959-8281 for further assistance.
