    Why while trying to complete my taxes I get a message to reload?

    Why reload?have signed in and my name comes up but does let in but asks me to reload how?

    Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting? Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?
