Having issues filing my tax return. says that they do not not had any of my tax returns but i filed one last year. can someone help me? thanks.

Getting started
If it is says that you have never filed a tax return but you have, select “[Your Name] Personal Information” from the “Setting Up” tab. Make sure to answer “NO” to the question “Are you filing an income tax return with the CRA for the first time?” near the bottom of the page. Click on the “Continue” button to save. Then select “Get Started” from the “File” tab to go back to try to file again.

Error code of CRA access is ERR.021, I have finished my turbo tax netfile stage but the access to my CRA is not possible currently what do it do?

Getting started
For CRA access to "My Account" or any other account services, please contact CRA directly at 18009598281. TurboTax does not have access to your CRA account.
