What is the exact error message that you are getting? 

 

Code 21 - I have the 8 digit number from my 2021 return but don’t know where it is supposed to be entered on the this tax return 

@Nancy hendry It will ask you for your NetFile access code when you file your return. 

it says my Netfile code does not match their records.  Funny, i have been using the same code for two years now.  This is the third year and now it doesn't match????

@Randypaulgates Please double check your NOA from last year, as the code has changed for some people. You can also file without the code.

If you are being asked for your Netfile Access Code, this can be skipped as it is not necessary and can be left empty.
