If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please try updating your software. If the update doesn't work, please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of your saved returns.
If you are using TurboTax Online, please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again. If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team for more assistance.
