Why didn't my information transfer over from last year?

It's asking me to enter all my personal details and kids etc even though I've been using the software for years

Importing your data

 If your info didn’t transfer properly, start a new return and try the transfer again. Make sure the last year's file you are using is complete and has all the information needed.
