Unable to import .tt24 online turbotax file even after freshly saving it on Turbotax 2024.

Trying to pull in last years return from a saved .tt24 file. Was able to open and resave a fresh .tt24 file but not able to import into the online TurboTax system to file via web version of TurboTax for 2025
