When you enter your T5 and your T5008, at the bottom of the page, it will ask you to Enter percentage of slip to claim on your spouse’s tax return and you will then enter the percentage that she will claim. TurboTax will automatically transfer this amount to your spouse’s return. The amounts you entered won’t appear on your spouse/partner’s T5 slip entry step; instead, it will be included on their Schedule 4 - Statement of Investment income.
