I’ve done all that. Tried three different browsers. And the app. And it still won’t accept my 9 digit sin number with no spaces or characters

ok but the specialist? does not speak loud enough nor clear enough to be of any value. i paid a lot of money for this software and i have been using it for years. why are we having this problem this year. send out a fix to everyone as an update.

@glenbradley Please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type the SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be a total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789
If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, try starting over in Forms mode, and entering the SIN there.
