Is it true that an amount of more than $50.00 in box 13 of the T5 cannot be entered in the box D of RELEVE 3 ?

The answers provided do not apply to my question, I would like to tald to an agent please

No. If you enter in a T5 slip with ANY amount in box 13, TurboTax will automatically enter it into box D of RELEVE 3.
