You can indicate a corporation is inactive by checking a box in the Type of business section of the info tab:

Several error messages will still appear in the auditor. These can be assessed and signed off as appropriate. This will then allow printing of the T2 barcode from the CRA copy, or efile the return for an inactive T2.
