still not working, I am still having this issue. Always say amount to transfer is $0 and never prompts for the action amount to transfer

Have you tried to clear your cache/cookies, sign out of your return and restart your computer yet? You may even try to use a different browser. After trying this, if you still have an issue, we believe your best option is to contact our telephone support team for further assistance, as they have the option to view your screen to help resolve the issue.
