If you mean Line 42120 – Employment insurance premiums payable on self-employment and other eligible earnings, this is calculated on Schedule 8 - Canada Pension Plan Contributions and Overpayment. If you are using TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online), there's no way to edit Schedule 8 directly. You would have to go back and double check your T-slips and Self-Employment section (if applicable) to make sure everything is correct there.
