Credits and deductions
You need to enter the date in the format "dd/mm/yyyy". The residency period(s) must be a continuous period of 6 consecutive months. The end date must be in 2025 (ex: 31/12/2025).

Credits and deductions
First of all, while creating your Tax Profile, you must select Northern Residents' Deduction under the Tax Profile Section, as shown in the picture below.
Once select that deduction on your tax profile, under the deduction section, you will see that Northern Residents' Deduction. Click on that, and you will see that it asks you whether you qualify or not. Select appropriately and continue as indicated in the picture below.
If you have clicked on Qualify, you can enter Zone, Period (Dates), Place, and Province in that section.

After completing that, you can click continue and fill in the rest of the necessary information.
