If you are using a TurboTax Online product, please follow the steps below to rectify the TurboTax profile:
- Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
- Click on the find icon at the top-right corner of the page.
- Please type and select the option titled Donations Profile and click " Go".
- On this page (Donations Profile 2021) make sure you haven't checked any of the boxes (as you said have not made any donations)
- Then click continue at the bottom to save your work. and now try to file your tax.
